The intake manifold from a late 70's Pontiac with D shaped secondary ports was sandblasted for coating.

I used a de-burring bit on an air-tool to round out the rear butterfly ports and head ports for improved volume and velocity.

Intake coated with Cermakrome prior to polishing

I cleaned the original alternator with a wire-brush on an air-tool.
